Capital Platforms has the trading name Capital Platforms. Head quartered in Singapore for 7 years, Capital Platforms was set up to provide an online trading platform to Financial Intermediaries.
Platform Solutions can provide your company with instant access to 5,000 Funds from 200 Fund Houses – one of the largest independent Product Ranges within the world.
The Charging Structure within the Fund Platform can be flexible to your companies needs.
All Mutual Funds carry a Bid Offer Spread or Sales Commission Fee which varies from Fund to Fund. This fee usually ranges from 1% – 5.5%. The platform has the functionality to discount this Sales Commission Fee to enhance the clients investment through additional Units.
Linking a Life Policy to the Fund Platform is pure business as usual with the consultant.
The application process is the same, the client receives all of the usual benefits of a Life Wrapper and the charging structure within the bond is the same.
However, both you and the client will receive all of the benefits of using the Fund Platform such as online paperless trading, larger product range, instant client access to investments, Consultant and Management Access to Client and Portfolio information and Automated Portfolio Monitoring.
The Application process to the platform has been streamlined to be as simple and efficient as possible.
With the Intermediaries Consultant, the client completes an account opening booklet with supporting documents of Passport and Proof of Address. The application is processed within the platform creating the client account and issuing the login details to the client.
All Client Assets within the Fund Platform are custodised within Banque de Luxembourg (BdL).
Clients receive a Multi- Currency cash account in GBP, USD, EUR, CHF, HKD, AUD, NZD & SGD.
Banque de Luxembourg was established in 1920, now with 730 employees and Equity Capital in excess of EUR 527 millions.
Banque de Luxembourg is one of the largest Asset Managers in the Grand Duchy and is regulated by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF).
Clients also receive a Deposit guarantee and are protected by the Association pour la Garantie de Depot, Luxembourg (AGDL).
Clients are protected by Banking Secrecy Laws.
The Fund Platform currently has a product range of 5,000 Funds from 200 Global Fund Houses. All Mutual Funds are supported by a daily data feed from Morningstar, allowing for Independent Benchmarked fund data to be viewed and analysed.

Our custodians, Banque de Luxembourg, are domiciled in Luxembourg. Luxembourg is one of the World’s leading financial centers.
Our custodian has credit ratings from Standard & Poor’s, Moody’s and Fitch Ratings of Aa3, AA- and A+, respectively.
All assets held within Banque de Luxembourg, are held separately to Banque de Luxembourg’s liabilities.
Any cash deposits held within Banque de Luxembourg are guaranteed up to 100,000 Euros or equivalent.
The platform is extremely liquid; cash can be withdrawn from the account without penalty at any point, at no cost. There are no regular payments to be made and no commitments.
The risk is whatever you decide it to be.
With our state of the art alert system, you are in control. By setting alerts you will be notified when your target level of risk has been reached, both positive and negative.
The system can also be set to automatically sell out of funds once these parameters are reached.
