Living in the 21st century, we are faced with many technological challenges on a day to day basis. One of the biggest issues is remembering the dozens of passwords to all the different platforms and services you are subscribed to online.
“How do I reset my password if I lost or forgot it?” is a question we get quite often from our clients. Luckily this is fixed quite easily. If you need to reset your password for any reason just follow these easy steps:
Step1
After having received the “Invalid Username and or Password” error message. Click on the underlined link next to the forgot your password segment that says “Click Here”.
Step 2
You will be redirected to a page that looks like the one found below.
In the open space insert your Username or E-mail address associated with your platform account. Once you have done that, click on the “Reset Password” button as indicated below.
You will receive a notification on the screen confirming that an e-mail to reset your password has been sent to the address provided.
Step 3
Open your email client and look for an e-mail titled “*YOURPLATFORMNAME* : Change of Password”.
In the event that the password reset e-mail is not in your inbox withing 10 minutes, please check your spam folder. The E-mail will give you 2 possible options to reset your password.
1 – Clicking on the link to be redirected.
2 – Copy and Pasting the link provided into your browser if the first option does not work.
Once you have clicked on the link, you will be redirected to a page where you can choose a brand new password for your account as seen below.
Enter your new password and confirm the password you have just entered for your account.
Your password will now be changed and you can use your new password to access your account immediately.
